This is a new "2172.bat" for 2172 players to extract to their Outlaws folder. Overwrite the existing one. What it does is take care of a problem... if you have a custom "LOCAL.MSG" in your Outlaws folder from another map you wouldn't see the custom on-screen messages in 2172. This fixes that.
